Quinn claims that due to his premature ejaculation problem, and during their time in a hot-tub, Finn had ejaculated in the tub and Quinn had received the sperm. Puck again offers to support her, but she turns him down and tells him that she wants to handle the pregnancy by herself.
Quinn cheats on Sam with Finn,  and Sam dumps Quinn after she lies to him about her time with Finn. She and Finn reunite, and Quinn starts campaigning for junior prom king and queen elections. She was overweight and unpopular, and after slimming down and having rhinoplastyreinvented herself as Quinn, using her middle name.
Quinn is not named prom queen, and blames Rachel for her loss. She slaps her, but immediately regrets it and apologizes. Finn later breaks up with Quinn when he realizes he has a deeper connection with Rachel. Quinn decides not to reveal Shelby's secret for Beth's sake. Quinn also changes her mind about Finn and Rachel's marriage and supports it. Quinn's car accident has left her in a wheelchair, suffering from a severely compressed spine.
She tells him that with all they went through, they are bonded for life, and she kisses him.
Emboldened, Puck passes his test. Later, Quinn returns her cheerleading uniform to Sue, and the two have a tearful farewell. Season 4[ edit ] Quinn returns to Lima for Thanksgiving in the eighth episode of the seasonand helps to mentor the new members of New Directions as they prepare for Sectionals competition. Kitty convinces Quinn, whom she idolizes, that Jake Puckerman Jacob ArtistPuck's half brother, is pressuring Marley into having sex with him.
Quinn becomes hostile towards Jake, Santana confronts Quinn about having discovered that Kitty has given Marley laxatives in order to further Marley's bulimia. Quinn, who is dating one of her teachers at Yale, accuses Santana of being jealous of her and projecting her hostility in their surrogates, leading to a fight before Quinn storms out of the choir room.
She and Santana get drunk at the wedding reception and sleep together, which they agree was a fun one-time, and then two time, experimentation for Quinn. Puck is jealous of their relationship, because he still loves her. Quinn is lying to him because she does not want him to know about her past yet.
Puck convinces her to tell Biff the truth, which she does. Biff reacts wrongly and insults her, which causes a fight between Puck and Biff. Puck and Quinn talk about Finn and their relationship, and she realizes that she still loves him. They later start a relationship again, which is later confirmed in the next episode. Quinn, Santana, and Brittany attempt to recruit new members by performing in Cheerios Alumni outfits, but only recruit twins Mason and Madison when former Glee new member, Kitty, who was the only member not to be transferred as Sue saw her as a star player, announced she wouldn't return because of the way Artie treated her and everyone else when he left.
Puck is still her boyfriend. She appears in " Jagged Little Tapestry " along with Tina to help Becky convince her new boyfriend that she is in every club of the school. They all get a big lesson when they confront him and realize that a person with Down syndrome should be treated like everyone else. Despite being Santana and Brittany's best friend, she is notably absent during their wedding in " A Wedding ".
She is mentioned several times during the Pilot's parallel episode " ", as Finn's cheerleader girlfriend. She returns in the last minutes of the series finale " Dreams Come True " performing backing vocals for I Lived with the rest of the Glee Cast for the re-dedication of the Auditorium. Quinn is portrayed by actress Dianna Agron. In casting Glee, series creator Ryan Murphy sought out actors who could identify with the rush of starring in theatrical roles. Instead of using traditional network casting calls, he spent three months on Broadway looking for unknown actors.
Finn interrupts them, and Puck surreptitiously hides the cash in his pants. Puck is visibly upset when Quinn leaves on Finn's lap Finn still in his wheelchair. Quinn looks back at him, apologetically. In the auditorium, Puck gives the bake sale money to Mr. Quinn is clearly proud of him, and the two share a smile.
Ballad Puck becomes frustrated with Quinn and Finn's relationship and admits to Mercedes that he is the father of Quinn's baby. Mercedes tells him to lay off, because Quinn chose Finn to be the father, and he hurt Quinn enough. Quinn gets kicked out of her home by her parents in this episode. When the glee members are singing Lean on Metowards the end, Puck sings the lyrics "call me" and gives her a smirk.
Quinn, looking tempted, bites her lips, nods her head, and looks away with a smile while blushing. Quinn singing Papa Don't Preach while Puck is playing guitar Puck steals a book called How to Raise a Baby on Five Dollars a Day from a bookstore to give to Quinn, in case she changes the mind about giving the baby up for adoption.
This is the first scene where Puck seems to be aware of Quinn's intention to not keep the child. She tells him the act of theft "is so sweet", seeming genuinely appreciative, and admits that she doesn't know what she's going to do about it anymore.
Puck tells her there is no pressure, whatever she decides. Quinn questions whether or not she was being unfair to him, and maybe she should have given him a chance - he is the real dad of the baby, after all.
She worries that Finn would freak if she started spending time with Puck, though, so she devises a plan to have Rachel be a distraction for Finn, and meanwhile take Puck for a test drive. Quinn, before even spending any time with Puck for this test run, comes to the decision to keep her baby, and informs Terri.
However, Terri's sister, Kendra Giardidecides to show Quinn the horrors of motherhood by having her babysit her triplet sons.

Quinn decides to use this as an opportunity to test out Puck as a potential father. When Quinn asks Puck to babysit with her, they both smile a lot at each other in the school hallway. Puck seems thrilled to have the opportunity.
While Quinn and Puck are babysitting the children, they get tied up with jump rope. Puck keeps using his cell phone to text someone while Quinn tries to untie themselves, and when she complains and Puck starts to assist with the untying, their hands touch for a few meaningful seconds before they let go and find the rope untied.
The children they are babysitting are only quieted when Puck and Quinn perform an acoustic version of Papa Don't Preachthe chorus of the song sending the message that Puck now knows too that Quinn wants to keep her baby. They smile at each other a lot throughout the song and at the beginning even touch. This is the only number in the entire series that is performed by Puck and Quinn alone, with Puck on guitar and Quinn singing solo. All other musical numbers they participate in together are group numbers.
Kendra and Terri are shocked to find the boys so well behaved, bathed, and sleeping all at the same time. Puck and Quinn are proud of themselves. Quinn was surprised at how much she enjoyed the evening, and he tells her they could do the parenting thing.
Quinn admits to being worried, early on in the night, about him texting Mike too often, but Puck assures her he was totally into the babysitting. Quinn is satisfied with Puck until Santana reveals that during the entire night Puck was sexting her, not texting Mike.
Santana also seems jealous of Quinn and Puck's time spent together in this scene. Quinn replies, "I happen to know Puck cares about me. However, Quinn clearly is worried Santana might be telling the truth, so she checks his cell phone and finds the dirty messages. She is angry, sad, and heartbroken. He justifies his actions by explaining, "You haven't given it up to me since the night I knocked you up.
Quinn decides she will give the baby to the Schuesters, after all, and cites that her baby girl needs a good father, like Will Schuester will be and unlike who Puck will be. While singing True Colors at the end of the episode, they both share a look and Puck looks sad.
Quinn is amused by Puck in Mattress. When Puck rehearses his line for the commercial, Quinn is shown to be amused. Sectionals The truth about who the father of Quinn's baby is comes to light. Mercedes had, at some point, apparently revealed the truth about it to everyone, with the exception of Finn and Rachel. However, Rachel sees in a brief flashback that is shown Puck rush to Quinn's aid when she falls, and grows suspicious on her own about whether Puck is the true father.
Therefore, Rachel manipulates Quinn into asking Puck to take her to get "Jewish baby tests" - the possibility of their child having Tay—Sachs disease being relevant, as well as Quinn assuming Terri Schuester won't want the baby if the baby is afflicted with it.
Puck wonders if this test is a real thing. Once Rachel feels her suspicions have been confirmed, she shares the truth with Finn.
Horrified at the idea, Finn angrily attacks Puck and demands the truth from him and Quinn. Quinn admits the truth that Puck is the father, causing Finn to kick over a chair and say that he was not only done with them, but with glee as well. Puck then goes to a heartbroken Quinn offering his support as the true and official father and says he wants to be with her.
Quinn thanks him, but says no and that she would rather take care of her pregnancy on her own. Hell-O Quinn was living with Finn as of the end of Ballad and this fact, and the fact that Finn has now broken up with Quinn and knows he's not the father, is brought up in the "previously on Glee" segment at the beginning of the episode.
Oddly, Quinn's living situation is not touched upon further until Laryngitis where she seems to reveal that she is living with Puck to Mercedes.
In a scene that was cut from the episode, Puck and Quinn announced that they are dating. Puck can be heard, near the beginning of the episode, asking Quinn to stop supersizing in this episode. He says he's not breaking up with her which implies that they are together nowbut he doesn't "dig on fat chicks".
Puck is seen flirting with a cheerleader when Quinn drags him away and argues with him. Quinn plays with Puck's head during Gives You Hell. When Rachel is singing Gives You HellPuck and Quinn gaze into each other's eyes and dance around clapping with each other.

During the song, they dance and Quinn playfully flirts with Puck. The camera also focuses, at one point, on Puck as he is watching Quinn sing Express Yourself and seems kind of guilty along with the other boys for disrespecting his girlfriend.
When Quinn is being interrogated, she tells Mr. Schue that she stole Puck from Rachel. When Puck sings The Lady Is a Tramp to Mercedes because he wants to date her to become more popular, he gestures a bit to Quinn, who smiles and laughs. She clearly enjoys his butt being thrown in her face as well.
In the school hallway, Mercedes and Quinn talk. Quinn tells her to go for it and date Puck. Quinn says she screwed up by letting Puck get her pregnant - he's an idiot, and his mother won't let her eat bacon.
Quinn feels stuck living with him right now, but at least if Mercedes and Puck are dating, Quinn won't have to spend so much time listening to his insane theories on how Super Mario Bros. Quinn also warns Mercedes to be careful though, and that Santana might hurt her. Quinn comments that she's a girl and Puck changes the name to Jackie Daniels. Quinn is annoyed with him and tells him the name's not the point and she's giving up the baby for adoption so that they don't have to do this.
She says he should go be a rockstar and not worry about the baby. Later in the episode, Puck announces to the club that he has something to say to Quinn, and he wants everyone to hear it. He talks about how his dad was always off being a rockstar, and how he just wanted him to be there for him, and he never was.
Puck explains asks the other guys in Glee Club to help him out and they sing Beth. He acknowledges that Quinn is giving the baby up for adoption, but asks that before she does, he get to be there in the hospital and name her Beth.
Quinn agrees to the name and letting him be there at the birth, teary-eyed and moved by the song. Puck also looks sad to see that Quinn feels this angry.
