I mean, Freddie came running when he thought Sam was hurt would feel in real life because we had just finished our last web show together. Just Jared Jr. reports that Nathan Kress, who played Freddie on the show, he and Sam ended up kissing and then dating for a short while. Freddie then asks Sam if she wants to get back together in iGoodbye. The two never had a proper goodbye, and Dan said that he wants to get Nathan on Sam.
Sam and Freddie end up deciding to break up at the end because of something Carly said that they overheard about their relationship being forced by a connection they have but their personalities are too different. The relationship ends on a relatively friendly note, with hints of rekindling should one of them work on their personality.

Almost immediately after breaking up, Freddie admits to Sam for the very first time that he loves her, and she says she loves him, too; causing them to prolong their break-up for one more night together. After the first few episodes of this season, T-Bo moves into Freddie and Mrs. Benson's apartment in "Bushwell Plaza", after being evicted from "The Groovy Smoothie", making him Carly and Spencer's neighbor as well.
Sam and Freddie help him do this by disguising him as a respectful gentleman, which initially works.

Benson finds out his true personality later and decides to kick him out. But after he assists her with rescuing the gang from a psycho-obsessed fan and her family, she decides to let him stay.
Development[ edit ] In late Januarywhile doing press for her North American Dancing Crazy concert tour, Miranda Cosgrove began telling news sources that she was looking forward to returning to Hollywood to begin filming a 5th season of iCarly. I would be willing to do the show as long as people like it and as long as it works. I can't wait to get back.
The two Sam and Freddie kisses were cut short as they appeared longer in the promos because of the young audiences and to keep the length of the episode 21—23 minutes long. This is the first time Freddie mentions he knows about the chip his mother put in his head as a baby to track him wherever he is located. Sam also mentions that her mom used to put black coffee in her bottle as a baby because it made her dance funny.
Freddie's new Penny-Tee and Sam's remote necklace Sam wears more accessories in this episode than she has before and she has a necklace with a mini-remote, so she can boo people on the street.
Freddie also sports a new gray Penny-Tee which has the phrase "Penny Tease" in red letters on it. This is the first episode where Sam refers to Freddie as her boyfriend noted by the line "This is not how boyfriends behave! This is the only episode of the series to have the names of two separate characters in the title.
Goofs In the scene in the kitchen when Sam and Freddie are fighting about Freddie getting a "B" on his World history paper, Carly has a glass of juice in front of her on the counter. However right after Sam says "If he's going to give you B's why shouldn't I give him bees?
In the iCarly Studio scene, Sam's remote necklace can be plainly seen outside her shirt until they cut to Freddie when he mentions brushing her hair. In the next cut, her remote necklace gets mysteriously tucked under her shirt. During the scene in the restaurant after Sam takes a bite of the lasagna and starts talking with her mouth full there is a piece of lasagna stuck to her chin.
When she turns around to talk to Carly less than a second later the lasagne is gone. During Sam and Freddie's date in Pini's restaurant, after Carly sits down with them she empties all the Parmesan out of a fly made of metal and glass then sets it down beside her, right way up - then while she is talking the fly is suddenly on its side, then disappears altogether, then as Carly stands up to walk away it reappears.
I made a lawn! Wow, that is a lawn! This is why I don't like to leave the house! You don't live here. Okay it's not that I don't appreciate what you were tr-- Sam: You walked away again! Alright listen, Sam, Freddie should be able to complain about people to you without worrying that you're gonna put them in a hospital!
And Freddie, even though it's a little extreme to violate a man with bees, you should least appreciate that Sam did it because she cares about you. Okay, I wanna know. I can't believe you're being so cheap! I can't believe you're being so pushy! I can't believe I still don't have my 36 dollars! Uh, yes it is! Ok, let's go ask Carly what she thinks! What about my 36 dollars? I'm coming in, I got a friend. Sam goes into Freddie's apartment and drags him into Carly's apartment by the leg, while he screams in protest.
Freddie made a remote that he gave to Sam, not to Carly. Sam shoves her hair in Freddie's face after he says he does not feel bad for her sign getting ruined. Freddie wasn't happy when Sam didn't say "please" to him. Sam tells Freddie to turn the camera to himself and say "yo to the people.
Freddie and Sam argue and bicker a lot in this episode. Freddie kept on rubbing it in Sam's face that he and Spencer were winning in their attempts to get more viewers for iCarly. Sam looked upset whenever Freddie would say "In your face! When Carly goes to answer the door, they hold each other's glares. Freddie repeatedly tries to retort to Sam's comments which leads to their bickering.

It took Carly spraying them with water to get them to stop. While the trio is watching the dance videos, Freddie agrees with Carly, and Sam says, "Weird you'd agree with Carly" sarcastically, and Freddie responds with, "Weird you'd say that.
Freddie and Sam are lying against one another at some point during the couch montage, and when they realize it, they awkwardly pull away. It is notable to say that when observed, Sam didn't want to pull away at first, and only pulled away when Freddie nudged her off. This may indicate some early feelings that Sam has. She also looked a little disappointed when she finally moved away.
At first, on the couch, the three sit in the order Sam, Carly, and Freddie. However, when it is indicated that some time has passed, they are sitting in the order Sam, Freddie, and Carly.
It makes you wonder what happened, and how Freddie and Sam ended up beside each other. Freddie is jealous when Carly and Sam talk about how hot the blonde guy is.
