I have a bowl of porridge on mornings when I work out and add in some blueberries, desiccated coconut and cinnamon. On the weekends, I like to take time to put more effort in my breakfast so I make oat pancakes with fresh fruit or eggs and avocado.
Lunch I tend to eat a lot around this time otherwise I find myself picking throughout the day. My fave 'go to' lunch would be bolognese with courgetti or salad. I cook a large amount of the bolognese. It freezes well too. On other days, I normally have chicken or fish, vegetables and sweet potato. Depending on my day and what I have eaten up until that point, sometimes I eat a smaller evening meal, like smoked salmon and Ryvita with an omelette. How often do you work out?
